Public Notice: The Fairmont City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 4:00 pm in the Fairmont CIty Hall Council Chambers, 100 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont. The Council will hold discussion on the Code of Conduct (v.2026) and allow for public input. The current Code of Conduct and the proposed Code of Condcut (v.2026) are available for public review in the Clerk’s Office at Fairmont City Hall during regular business hours or by clicking here. Please take notice that the Fairmont Police Civil Service Commission will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in Room 112 of the Southern Minnesota Educational Campus (SMEC), located at 115 S. Park Street, Fairmont, Minnesota.
This meeting is open to the public.
