Special City Council Meeting: CLOSED SESSION

Please take notice that the Fairmont City Council will hold a Special City Council Meeting on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 4:30 pm in the Fairmont City Hall Conference Room, located on the 2nd level of 100 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont, MN. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3 (b), this meeting will be CLOSED to conduct a closed session pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-client communications and litigation strategy related to the Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) Litigation and Appeal, recently filed by the Fairmont Taxpayers Coalition.
